The artwork is a recreation of a childhood river scene, where the likes of climbing trees and
digging dirt were part of a child’s pastime. The artist experiments with different types of paint
to create texture and blending mediums spontaneously. The waves and the skies showcases
different time of the day in an intangible way. The colours of sunrise, midday, sunset and
moonlight are reflected onto the water surfaces all at the same time.
